Plan 1: Consulting

5 Meetings (1 - 2hrs)
20 weeks, 28 weeks, 32 weeks, 38 weeks, 40, (if you go past 40, those visits are included)
Meetings include
- pregnancy/birth/postpartum education and resources.
- physical well being
- food journals
- airing emotions
- belly mapping
- practice birth positions
- coping mechanisms during labor, and more
Plan 2: Herbal Package
$1,400
5 Meetings (1-1 1/2 hours)
20 weeks, 28 weeks, 32 weeks, 38 weeks, 40 (if you go past 40, those visits are included)
Meetings include
- pregnancy/birth/postpartum education and resources
- physical well being
- food journals
- airing emotions
- belly mapping
- practice birth positions
- coping mechanisms during labor, and more.
HERBS INCLUDED:
- 3 6oz herbal blends of dried tea formulated for you (12 oz of dried herb = roughly 1 gal of medium strength brewed tea)
- 5 gallons of pre-made herbal infusion (infusions are strong & long brews, dilute 1pt infusions/2 pts water)
- 1 4 oz salve/body butter/herbal oil

The care that you will receive from me is based on the Wise Woman Model of Care which provides person to person care that is individualized and specialized to suit you.
